Here in Room 1, we spent Term 3 learning about space, including aspects like constellations and Matariki. After being inspired by a video of a street artist creating space-scapes using plates and cups as stencils, the learners in Room 1 created their own space calendar art. The finishing touches were the stars, which were made using splatters of white paint.
